Cancelation Policy

We know that your time is valuable and whenever you book an appointment with us, we will reserve the time in our schedule specifically for you. As a Specialty office, failed appointments and short notice cancellations prevent us from seeing other patients in need.

 

Our Appointment Policy is an effort to provide the best customer experience and ensure we can take care of the dental needs of all our patients on a timely basis.  A $150 down payment will be required to schedule treatment. When you come to your scheduled appointment, the down payment will go towards your out-of-pocket expense which will be collected the day of your treatment.  We know unexpected things arise so we ask you to provide a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If we are given less notice than this, it may prevent another patient in need from receiving much-needed care. If you cancel within 48 hours, we will apply the down payment as a broken appointment fee.
